Do you ever find yourself asking: "How can I live more authentically? How do I reconnect with myself, others, and life? What truly matters?"
I am an existential counsellor and psychotherapist, drawing on Existential Analysis and Logotherapy, phenomenology, somatic/embodied practices, contemporary trauma and attachment frameworks, archetypal and shadow work, and eastern spiritual philosophies. My experience includes working with anxiety, anger, depression, trauma (including PTSD and CPTSD), attachment and relationship difficulties, couples and other relationship models, and issues around intimacy, sexuality, and desire. Alongside my clinical work, I bring over 20 years of experience in senior management and consultancy roles, informing my understanding of the pressures, responsibilities, and inner tensions that often accompany high levels of performance and complexity.
I approach my work through the lens of the fundamental motivations of existence, helping people find grounding and safety, emotional truth, relational connection, self-worth, freedom, consent, and a felt sense of meaning and inner alignment. My approach is both embodied and experiential: I invite clients to listen to the wisdom of their bodies, to recognise what asks for attention, and to restore the capacity for inner consent and choice.
Relationally, I offer a space of genuine encounter where we can explore how you meet yourself and the world. Spiritual dimensions including questions of presence, consciousness, or transformative experience, are also welcomed as natural aspects of human existence.
I practise in-person in London and online.
