I have personal experience of struggling with things so large I thought they would crush me, and others so small but great in number that it felt like every which way I would turn would only lead to more pain. Then everything changed, and it started with therapy. I was inspired. I trained as a therapist and ever since I've devoted my life to offering others that same support.

Therapy with me offers a space for you to talk openly, and work through what’s hardest, without judgment. Here, you’ll be respected as a whole person, not seen as a puzzle to be solved.

What you can expect

Therapy with me is tailored to you, not based on labels or rigid categories.

My role is to be alongside you, offering clarity and support as you explore, reflect, and make choices.
Transparent, fair fees. Daytime appointments £54, evening sessions £59, and there’s a £44 concession rate. Sessions are full hour length.

Practice Details

I offer remote therapy via phone and video call. You can book sessions flexibly using my website's booking system as frequently or infrequently as you feel is right for you - find the rhythm that's most useful to you.

How I Practice

I am an existential therapist, that means that I work with you so we can both understand the details of how you think, feel, and make sense of yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. We work together like detectives; you as Sherlock Holmes and me as Dr Watson: I may uncover something, but it will be you who knows if it's important.

My expertise, drawn from years of training and experience, is to listen fully, understand, help you reflect, and ask the right questions to get you closer to understanding your world so you're in the right headspace to untangle difficult feelings and to make changes.

When you feel in your bones (rather than just think) we've figured things out, you can start experimenting with different perspectives and ways of connecting with your world, and make the changes that feel right, feel better, permanent.

My first session

I offer a free initial consultation -- a brief, informal conversation so we can get to know each other a little bit and ask each other questions. The idea is to see if we’ll be a good fit to work together.
