I am currently completing a Doctorate in Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology. My research explores the experience and impact of burnout on UK women, during the lockdown period of COVID-19, through an existential lens.

I have worked in the NHS, an addiction and substance misuse service, and various charities.

Prior to training to become a psychotherapist, I had an over 20-year corporate career during which I worked in business psychology. I am well acquainted with the pressures and stress of the corporate environment and work-life demands.
