13th Book – “Nausea“
“I am. I am, I exist, I think, therefore I am; I am because I think, why do I think? I don’t want to think any more, I am because I think that I don’t want to be, I think that I . . . because . . . ugh!”
– Jean-Paul Sartre

Irene is a Regent’s University graduate and works as an existential psychotherapist in private practice. In 2021, she ran the Therapists Book Club which met monthly over zoom for a year. The idea of the reader’s club stemmed from a desire to create a space for therapists to meet socially with other
colleagues and start a conversation over a good book.
