With the new normal brought about by Covid-19, people are finding it difficult to adapt and many end up with a sense of meaninglessness and despair. This webinar aims to help individuals and professionals in the helping field re-align their purpose and values and create a sense of meaning for themselves and the clients they work with through a systemic framework with the use of concepts from the existential humanistic approach.

Vania Teo is an experienced counsellor working in the Social Services for over 8 years in Singapore. She specializes in working with different populations of clients ranging from (Persons with Disabilities) PWDs to persons with mental health conditions to her current work with ex-inmates and their families.
She currently leads a team of social workers and counsellors and has spearheaded several successful projects in the course of her work which utilizes her skills of creativity, innovation and strategic leadership.
