Trained as an Integrative psychotherapist I hold a holistic perspective and draw on ideas from Gestalt, existential psychotherapy, psychodynamics, mindfulness. Working in a flexible way, I tailor my work in response to each individual and their needs. I'm particularly skilled and attuned to working with bereavement and loss.
